The Hanbury Trust have sponsored the sporting tournaments which we intend to host annually. These events offer an opportunity for our pupils to compete against a range of schools with a trophy, medals and certificates to be won.
Year Five / Six Tag Rugby Tournament
This was held on 28th February and featured eight schools playing in two groups. This then led to semi finals and a final which was won by St Mary and St John from North Luffenham in Rutland.
We were delighted to welcome Rob Hawkins from the Leicester Tigers to present the trophy and medals.
The event was enjoyed by all who took part and Church Langton’s team came forth.
